By accessing and using FormatKit ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

FormatKit provides free, client-side data format conversion and validation tools for developers. All data processing occurs entirely in your browser - no data is transmitted to our servers.
3. Use of Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations
 - Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
 - Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that sends more requests than a human can reasonably produce
 - Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or discover source code of the Service (except for open-source components)

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
 - The results obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable

- Your use or inability to use the Service

 - Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted to or through the Service

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FormatKit and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Some components of the Service are open source and subject to their respective licenses.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by FormatKit. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
9. Changes to Terms
